Would a chin length hair style with curly hair look best with straight emo bangs or curly emo bangs or neither

When I got my hair cut, I was sure I wanted it all curly with straight emo bangs, but it really just looked weird, and a few of my friends did this and it looks dumb on them too. I think that all curly with curly emo bangs would look great, or else straighten everything, but don't create some strange inbetween look. Good luck with your haircut!
