Steroids ???? oh oh what have i done to myself?

iv been in a lot of pain with my right elbow since last xmas iv got golfers elbow and after a bad knock on the outer part iv now Bursitis / Students Elbow . so 3 days ago friday night i was given the steroid called testolic (testosterone propionate) 100mg, i injected 50mg on the golfers part and the rest on the outer ,its monday night and im getting a little bit woried, its swollen up a lot since sat morn and now there is a pinkish blotch rownd my elbow , what should i do and is this normal
