Is this FOR REAL?

Id be worried about identity theft. If it's real then they won't mind you calling them on a phone and getting the details of the lottery so you can check with local officials. I'm not sure how it would work in the UK, but surely it would be the same as other western countries? So you should then be able to double check it with authorities.
