Can someone please help me?

Ok long story short I have been on narcotics now for 2yrs due to a kidney problem. Mostly vic and darv. But I have alos been on Dilaudid, perk, and oxy. The problem I have having is I am now trying to cut ties with the pills so I am weaning myself of them. SO instead of taking 100 or so mg of darv. I am taking 50. The problem is I am still getting the narcotic part of the pill but my body is going crazy. I can’t seem to settle myself down. In a way I feel like I am coming out of my skin. Can some please help me I don’t want to call my doctor and say listen I need more mg because I want off this. I want to be normal again. These cold sweats are for the birds. And I cant sleep it has been going on for 3 days there has got to be something.
