What do you think of my Yu-Gi-Oh base story? (feedback on the plot please)?

I like your space story better :), maybe because I'm more use to that genre. Perhaps you should not use the Good/Evil choices, but something more original, if you don't mind me saying. Maybe, the better of two wrongs, or something deeper. Great imagination once more! You're lucky to be so full of stories...
