Whn shooting outside and inside english how will i shoot the cue and object ball?

all depends on your set up for next shot,,, if you use they have english usually is right and left and center ,,, you have lower upper and middle of all,, but its hard to tell you based on your question,, its too general,, are you playing 8 or 9 ball, how long is your table 7 or 8' , how long of a shot are you playing before next shot,, is it straight, a rail or a bank shot,,, is it a combination shot,, too many factors to go on just that vauge of a question SORRY
