Male pregnancy dream interpretation?

I had a dream that I was walking around campus at night and a few of my friends said that I was pregnant. I looked down at my belly and it was indeed enlarged. I felt happy about my baby. I couldn't wait until I gave birth to the child. I knew nobody got me impregnanted so I was wondering if this was the next christ haha. My biggest concern at the moment was to find a good name for this child. The options were Daniel Jacobs (DJ), Derek Michael, or Brandon Michael. I think I chose Derek. Anyways, My female psych professors called me and told me that it is time to pack up and head to the hospital for my surgery to birth my baby. The professors gave me a ride and I had a strong urge to urinate before the surgery so I did. I was excited about the surgery and for my baby to come out. Then I woke up to reality and I wished I had a baby. Any thoughts? I know I have a psych conference soon and pregnancy means big responsibility.
