Would a girl let a guy they don't like do this?

ok last nite i went to a party and while we were watching a movie the girl i like was sittin in front of me then later on in the movie she asked me to mage her shoulders/neck(the area between the neck and shoulders) and i did that for about 10 minutes, but i was just wondering, could this be a possibility that she kinda likes me???
