Why does YouTube delete videos?

Well, I watched Sonny with a Chance and I went back to it today. It said that the video was DELETED. Man, it said that it was a Copyright of Disney Channel. Then, I was watching an anime and it deleted that anime too. What is YouTube's problem? So what if its Copyrighted. Then where do the uploaders get the videos??
