What are considered good stationery prices in Taiwan?

I remember the last time I went to Taipei and bought overpriced stationery before finding really cute stuff that was also really cheap. What can be considered an "appropriate" price for this kind of stuff? Pens, pencils, letter sets, folders, pencil bags, etc.
