Should i wait for him or move on?

well there is this guy and he is much older than me but not to much older than me and i really like him and i think he kinda flirts with me but it would be illegal to do anything . but i only have a few years till it would be completely fine ; i don't waant to do anythingyet . and i don't kow if i am completly carazy by thinking he likes me . what should i do ? * i like him and i can really see a future with him
