Pain in ovary area is it?

I have been diagonised with an 3.5cm cyst on my right ovary, every now and then i receive a little tinge in that area, the doctor says hopefully that is the cyst breaking up at they do that eventually. However it is a different pain compared to when the cyst plays up, which is like an appendix pain. we are also trying for a baby. The last week, i have experienced that twinge on my right side and left side. Is that the cyst breaking up or something else?
