My cats are fighting, how do I stop it?

I have two Siamese and my sister has a shorthair. My Siamese had kittens and ever since then they have been attacking the shorthair. Even though the kittens were sold months ago the male still attacks the shorthair. It's to the point where the shorthair has to hide in another room all the time! How do I stop the fur from flying??
