Is it possible to hide/cloak an affiliate ID link without owning a website?

url shortners like tinyurl and bit.ly only shortens the url but it doesn't hide the referrer once you click the shortened link. Is it possible to hide/cloak an affiliate ID link without owning a website? Most cloaking softwares and methods only work if you have a website or blog. Unfortunately I don't have one. I use article marketing.
