I use GIF to clean my solid white kitchen top, but the shine on the top is gone now. How can I bring it back?

I used GIF because the white solid top always gets stained very easily, and GIF by far the the best commercial product to remove these stains. But I'm sacrificing the sheen on the qhite surface. How can I bring it back?
