How do you clean your toddlers tommee tippee cup?

I'm in the U.S and would get a bottle cleaner that has a nipple cleaner tip and use the tip to get inside of the spout. Or like others have said use a toothbrush, depending on the size of the opening either an adult size one or a child size.
