Has anyone taken the final Cisco CCNA exam?

I'm taking the final CCNA cert exam very soon *Hopefully next month* and wondered if it was 'realistic' to book it one month ahead or would you need more time? I have lots of materials including practice questions and know alot, although nowhere near ready! Is one month enough time even with the best of practice questions or is that all you need and go for it!?
